Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Arrows: Color Maze mobile application (the "App"), operated by RogueWave Labs ("us," "we," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, these Terms automatically apply to you. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Age & Parental Guidance

Arrows: Color Maze carries a 3+ content rating, which describes its content — there is nothing in the game unsuitable for a younger player. It is nonetheless intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13, because the game is supported by third-party advertising and is not configured as a child-directed service.

The game requires no account and asks you for no personal details. It does show ads, which involves an advertising identifier and approximate IP-based location — our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that means. If you are under 13, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Free to Play & Advertising

Arrows: Color Maze is free to download and play, with no in-app purchases. Nothing is locked behind a payment: every level is there from the start, and the tools that help you out — hints, the eraser, the wand — arrive as you progress and work the same for everyone.

The App is supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). This includes occasional full-screen ads shown between levels and optional rewarded ads you may choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus such as an extra hint or life. Advertising is subject to the privacy and consent choices described in our Privacy Policy. If we add in-app purchases or otherwise change how the App is monetized, we will update these Terms and make the change clear in the App before it takes effect.

4. Intellectual Property

The App — including its original content, level-generation system, the Color Phase mechanic, artwork, and the Arrows: Color Maze name and logo — is and remains the exclusive property of RogueWave Labs and its licensors. Our trademarks and visual design may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

To keep the App working as intended, you agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Use bots, automation, or modified clients to alter gameplay or the daily challenge.
• Redistribute, resell, or rebrand the App or its assets.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

6. Daily Challenges

The App loads a daily challenge puzzle from a public, read-only source. We aim to keep this available every day but do not guarantee uninterrupted access — the rest of the game plays fully offline regardless.

7. Breaks & Well-being

Arrows: Color Maze is a calm puzzle game, but any screen-based game is best in moderation. Take regular breaks, and stop playing if you feel eye strain, fatigue, or discomfort.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. RogueWave Labs is not responsible for any loss of locally stored game data or any damage to your device resulting from use of the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RogueWave Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. What constitutes a material change is determined by us. We will update the "Last Updated" date when we do.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
