Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ReflexLab mobile application (the "Service") operated by RogueWave Labs ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this app.
2. Age & Parental Guidance
ReflexLab carries a 3+ content rating, which describes its content. It is nonetheless intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13, because the app is supported by third-party advertising and is not configured as a child-directed service. By using the Service, you confirm that you are 13 or older, or that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms and agrees to your use of the App.
3. Ad-Supported Model
ReflexLab is a free-to-play application supported by advertising. By using the Service, you agree to the presence of these advertisements.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, game mechanics, and visual design (including the ReflexLab logo), are and will remain the exclusive property of RogueWave Labs and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Health Disclaimer (Photosensitive Epilepsy)
This app produces rapidly changing colors and visual stimuli to test reaction times. If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult a doctor before playing. Immediately discontinue use if you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or any involuntary movement or convulsion.
6. User Conduct & Leaderboard Integrity
To maintain a fair and competitive environment for all players, you agree not to misuse the Service. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
- Using automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software to simulate or modify reaction times.
- Submitting fraudulent scores to the Global Leaderboards.
- Using the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
We reserve the right to remove any score or permanently ban any Cloud Identity found to be in violation of these integrity standards.
7. Cloud Identity & Display Names
Optional activation of a Cloud Identity allows for global rankings and data synchronization. By using this feature, you agree that:
- Naming Policy: Display names must not be offensive, vulgar, or impersonate other individuals or entities.
- Cooldown Period: To prevent registry spam, display names can only be changed once every 30 days.
- Public Visibility: Your chosen display name and game results will be visible to other users on the global leaderboards.
8. Limitation of Liability
RogueWave Labs is not responsible for any damage to your device (including screen damage from excessive tapping) or loss of data resulting from the use of this app. The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RogueWave Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
